Contribution to SOCRATES

Prof. Douglas will be working on her book draft, which develops a new social contract for science, while visiting SOCRATES. Her book includes chapters on how we should understand the responsibilities of scientists, science funding structures, science advising, and the relationship between science and politics, with the aim of appropriately protecting, supporting, and generating apt accountability for science in society.
