SOCRATES is proud to co-organise this workhop on The Values of Science in Society, hosted by the Zentrum für interdisziplinäre Forschung (ZiF) at Bielefeld University, honouring the academic work of Prof. Dr. Martin Carrier. The workshop brings together experts from various parts of the world to discuss a wide range of perspectives on the values attached to scientific work by society at large.
